After a lot of troubles with my last Samsung CF791 Ultrawide Display, I decided to buy the top-tier 5K iMac. I really love his Retina display: zero backlight bleeding, zero ghosting, decent response time.
I decided to use it non only as my Workstation, but also as my gaming machine via bootcamp. The i5 7600K + Radeon Pro 580 are good but in some games I’d like to have more graphics power.
I’m looking to buy an Akitio Node Pro and a GTX 1080 Ti FE. Will I be able to game on the 5K display using this eGPU setup, or I need an external display?
