iMac to mac mini

Hi,
I have an iMac 2017 with a cracked screen. I found out that replacing the screen cost is almost the price of a new iMac.
Is there a way to transfer the parts into a pc case? Making it a Mac mini sort of..

In theory yes, but it is going to be fairly complicated.
