Hi

I checked for an update on the Mac. It updated itself and now will not turn back on. If I try to turn it on, a loading bar comes up with a rotating circle over it, the loading bar doesn't move and it turns itself off.

Please help

I've tried one or two. Cant start it in safe mode for some reason and now the fan is running loudly

I would imagine it's because I only have a bluetooth keyboard and the bluetooth wont work until it starts up

Such a familiar story! I had exactly this problem, and found that on taking the Mac to a repair guy, the hard drive was 'puckerooed' (as he so eloquently phrased it. Dare I say it but check this out as an option. Have a look at my post and see if it rings any bells. GL.
