imac video problem

Can't seem to play certain videos- ironically the problem seems to be with Apple videos- cannot play the ipad2 guided tours nor the apple movie trailers. However I can play the recent ipad keynote perfectly.
The sound comes through automatically, but there is no accompanying video.
Thoughts? This is a new problem.

Do you use the AdBlock Safari plug-in? I to had this problem until i traced it down this ADBlock and stopped it on Apple's Pages.

Thanks for the tip- it wasn't adblock, but I went into Safari preferences the Divx extensions were still enabled even though I had previously done an uninstall. Safari may have been looking for something that was not there....

I have the same problem. Apple videos in help files won't play.

I thought it was my low bandwidth-256K. But it may be something else???

Because I can get through other videos as long as I am willing to wait for downloads in fits and starts with the loading.
