If you can develop a little (or at least follow tutorials) Dolphin can build a Wii emulator on mac

I'm not promoting its use - I just know it exists - x

Though rumors are it can be build to support 720p

Of the Wii, its games, or the Mac? I've always been perfectly fine with emulators as long as you actually own the games you're playing.

I was suspecting that the wii games have something that says you can only use on a wii. Personally, I agree if you buy the game you can play it on any machine you want. I can't see anyone coming after you if you do cook up an emulator and play wii games. I wonder how well it would actually play on a Mac since you would need their weird hand control thingy.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl at least can use the GameCube controller, which translates nicely into keys.

For most other games, keyboard+mouse can do the functions of the pointer in the Wiimote.

There are some good N64 and MAME emulators out there if you are bored.

I just got an X-Arcade Twin for the MAME cabinet I am building, but for now it is being used to play Joust on the iMac.
