I have an iMac6, 1 and i previously had linux dual booted with snow leopard. I just erased the linux partition and reformatted it to mac again because i wanted to dual boot with XP instead. I started up Boot Camp and set up a partition for windows and than started the installation for XP. When my mac booted up to start the install it showed the apple logo and than flashed a folder with a question mark in it. It repeatedly does this and will not boot to snow leopard or start the XP install. I have tried restarting it many times and it continues to do this. I have been having some problems with my dvd drive if this could be the problem? I need some help because i need my mac up and running asap. Does any one know how i can boot to snow leopard or whats causing this to happen?
