2011 27" i7 iMac - running Mavericks

I installed a 64GB SSD almost 2 months ago as just my startup drive... And all this time for some reason, I thought TRIM was on.. Nope.. It wasn't.. So yesterday I downloaded TRIM Enabler and turned it on... It prompted me to restart for the changes to take affect..

Now.. It won't boot up... I get a slashed circle with a spinning circle on the bottom of it....

I booted up from an external drive and it looks like all my data is still there...

I tried resetting the PRAM. Nothing.
I tried selecting it as my startup drive. Nothing.
I tried Repair Disk via Disk Utility. Nothing.
I tried turning TRIM back off. Nothing.

What do I try next?

Well.... Thank you people for the tips...

I just went ahead and CCC'd it, reformatted and reinstalled Mavs...

All is well now... :D
