Earlier this year I upgraded the OS of my iMac 21.5" Late 2013 (iMac14,1) to Big Sur using OpenCore Legacy Patcher.

Today it crashed and it doesn't boot anymore. When I power it on, after 20 seconds I get the blinking folder with text "support.apple.com/mac/startup", see https://support.apple.com/en-us/102601. I tried pressing Cmd-R or space during restart, but every time the blinking folder re-appears. I created a bootable USB with Catalina, and with that connected the Mac proceeds to launch from that drive and opens the macOS Utilities. In Disk Utility I see the (internal) Disk Image "Apple disk image Media" with Volume "macOS Base System". I ran the First Aid of the image and volume, and no problems found. However, my 2TB HD is not visible in Disk Utility.

Could anyone help me fix the problem?

Thanks,

Lourens
