Imacs in other stores

Since I dont have an Apple Store within 50 miles of where I live I was wondering when these new Imacs and macbooks would be in stores like Best Buy or other stores that usually carry mac computers???.... O by the way I think the macs are great!!!!

A thread about this exists already, but everyone has said by this weekend they should be in MOST stores. I would assume if they are not in all stores, they will be in the stores with the higher amount of sales, and most likely in all within two weeks.

Best Buy is your best bet.

may be quicker to wait for bestbuy. the apple store says ships in 1-3 days add a few days on for shipping to your house and bestbuy will get them.

Hi, this is Katyusha from Japan.

I went to the nearest retail store just now. The staff there were busy replacing new Windows 7 PCs with the old ones.But new iMacs are still NOT available. I was told that the new lineups will probably NOT be in stock in this week. This means that currently I can only make an order from Apple Online Store. I prefer waiting a few days, if order at the retail store, I can get a 5% rebate and a 5-year warranty(the first 3 years by Apple and then by the retail store)
