Image capture time error

When I download photos from my iPhone 12PM (iOS 15.5) to my Mac using Image Capture the creation time is 4 hours less on the Mac than the actual time on the iPhone. The date, time and time zone are correct on both devices. Is this a known bug or a problem with my OS (macOS Monterey version 12.4).
