I am wondering whether it is possible to have an image change (i.e. in a header) each time the page is reloaded. I know you can do this with javascript, but is it possible to do it without javascript? As a certain social networking site disables it.

you could do this with PHP, but seeing as it's a social networking site, i highly doubt you can use it.
