My memory card in my Rebel Xti failed. While I was able to recover the files, about half of the pictures came back corrupt. While I am able to view the file, its resolution is only 160 x 120. However, the files are very large in size for such a small resolution, with most over or around 4 mb. Because of the size, it makes me believe that the files are still good, but that the resolution is incorrect in the exif.

If I can get some help figuring out if its the EXIF that wrong or if its something else, that would be great.

Also, I don't want to have to use the terminal to edit anything. Too much effort for hundreds of files...

Thanks all!

You're probably viewing the thumbnail version. I don't know if the actual images are corrupted or not, perhaps someone else will be able to provide more help.
