I am very curious about the images Apple uses in their keynotes I was wondering what images they use for their demonstrations in Keynote? Is is an actual family someone inside Apple knows, or is it stock images they got off a place like Getty Images?

steve designs his own presentations using photos from apple employees

they submit their family/holiday photos, then a middle man does some quick sorting out to find the good looking photos, before steve finally chooses the photos with the best look as well as a good amount of fun and excitement in them

sometimes steve uses his own photographs too - usually black and white, or photos of flowers

What Barbie said. The same thing goes for all the footage used to demo iMovie. Actually, when Steve demoed iMovie '08 he explained the whole background behind the footage too.
