Define "multi-tasking." All current OSes are multi-tasking capable. You can try be more specific on the type of multi-tasking tasks that you require so you can actually pick the device that fits your needs.

To be fair, iOS is terrible at multitasking because of the way you have to switch between apps. Windows, and android have this nailed down much better

I don't have to imagine... I own one. My wife owns one too (but different from mine).

What in particular are you looking for? What devices currently on the market come close to what you're looking for?

The op has a long history of starting unnecessary threads. Go into any phone shop and you'll see a ton of phones on both sides that can multi task and last all day.
