Hello, my father has an iPhone 6s and we have a company email using an IMAP server. He receives hundreds of emails a day, and his iPhone will only store "x" amount of emails, and then pushes old emails off of his phone. We use GoDaddy if that helps. How can we make it to where his phone will store more emails? Thanks!

Have run into this issue in two ways - length of time to sync which can be set via Settings, the other is volume. Sorry, no answer I am aware of. I am also running into an issue where it keeps just the email header on the device and has to reload the body. This only affect a random portion of the emails.
If someone has an answer .... I'll be right after you in trying it.

Using the stock ios mail, I have imap to my gmail account. I can see really old message in one single folder - all 8500 of them. It only shows the latest 150 emails until I scroll down and pull up to refresh. Then the older email headers will be downloaded and then you could access those emails.
