iMessage/camera/email questions

Hey all. I have activated iMessage but I don't see an app and I can't get to it through my messages? Help?

Also I don't see the camera icon on the home screen and the expanded email is no where to be seen?

SMS.app is one and all for both SMS and iMessages. Go to spotlight and search for camera.
