iMessage - Can't delete a Text from Android Person

Is anyone having trouble deleting texts on iPhone 13 with IOS 16? I have a thread of 2 messages that is stuck on my phone and when deleting it just does nothing.

Tried deleting every way via iPhone.

Tried resetting phone, no luck.
