This popped up on my computer immediately after I have sent an iMessage from my phone. Anyone able to explain this strangest of the strange addresses the IMTransferAgent.xpc (apparently a key ingredient in iMessage framework) wants to connect to?

OK, with the help of Network Utility and some digging I've found out Apple uses Windows Azure Storage for iMessages. Maybe as an interim solution until completion of the new data center?

Wow...great find. This was definitely throwing me off. And of course as soon as I allowed the connection, some waiting iMessages popped up. Thanks for the info.
