iMessage contacts lost

I did a clean install of Siera. After that despite my contacts are ok on the address book they dont appear on iMessage app where i only get numbers and not contacts name....i sign out/in on icloud but didnt fix the issue....?

I managed to fix it after several sign in/out's on imessage preferences....
