iMessage "Delivered" only

Anyone else having the problem where iMessages only say status "Delivered", it never changes to "read". I have tried sending messages to multiple people, all who have Send Read Receipts ON. They can reply and on my phone the message still only says delivered.

Mines working awesome. The people who you are sending the iMessages to must have send read receipts turned on. Might want to double check with them?

Yeah, I was checking it with my wifes phone. She has her own apple ID and send read receipts are turned on. Also checked with my buddies phone at work and still not working.

Anyone else running into this or can you think of a fix?
