iMessage down?

It’s working now. It all goes hand in hand with iMessage messages popping up on mac and watch saying number can now be used. This was all due to latest update.
Give a few minutes. As per working, I am currently texting on iMessage and no issues.
Just an FYI for people in some countries with certain carriers, this could be a result of the carrier blocking international SMS. So iOS is just sitting there waiting for something that will never come. I had this issue with my carrier in my country. I called them and after they disabled the feature, activation went through just fine.
