iPhone X iMessage & FaceTime Activation Unsuccessful

Same thing with FaceTime. So far I tried:

Reset All Settings
Erase all content and settings
Hard Reset iPhone X (Vol Up Vol Down Hold Side Button)

Nothing works. I also have a ! showing on my Messages app icon. Is it Apple or my iPhone X is busted?

Have you contacted Apple? Perhaps they can run extra tests from their end.
