All Devices iMessage group conversation doesn't sync properly between iOS/macOS

Hi guys,

I have the problem that a certain iMessage group conversation doesn't sync properly between my iPhone and my MacBook. I believe I have all messages everywhere but it's somehow divided into 2 different threads on my iPhone and 3 different threads on my MacBook (+ also the cutoff points are not the same). So, all in all, it's messed up.

It's not such a big deal but I still wonder if anyone else also encountered this problem and maybe knows a solution to merge it all or something like that.

I'm using Messages in iCloud and that keeps my two Macs, my iPhone, and my iPad all up to date. You'll need enough iCloud storage for all the messages. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208532

I'm already using Messages in iCloud. Sorry, should have mentioned this. Edit: It's also just 1 conversation that's messed up. A reason might be that I got a new iPhone a while back and the conversation was already started before this.
