anyone else having trouble with iMessage? half the messages i send to some people say "delivered" and the other half dont say anything and the people are claiming they are not receiving them

also the "received at" setting is set to my email address. when i try and change it to you my cell phone number i cant. its greyed out and says "verifying"

the heck?!

Not sure if this will help your situation, but you need to add your email address(-es) in the Message > "Receive At" setting, in addition to you cell number. Also, you should have email addresses in your contacts list for those (particularly) with iDevices or a Mac.

If you send an iMessage to the person's email address (rather than the cell number), it will show up on all your iDevices and should go through without problems. It's especially convenient when you can use a keyboard (Mac, MBA or MBP) to type the iMessages.
