iMessage Issue?

All the sudden today my iPhone 7 Plus is making me send all messages as a text, It somehow now shows under the message setting that my iMessage is waiting for Activation and will not give me the option to log out of it and re login. Anyone ever see this before?

And the iMessage toggle isn't available for you to toggle off...?
