IMessage mixing up messages all versions even 10.8.5

Still to this day, after many of ML reinstalls (clean) iMessage always messes up the order of messages. WHY!!! if i use my iPhone5 for iMessage while my mac is off then decide to later use my Mac (opening lid/ enabling wifi etc) all the messages through out that day are messed up

i though this issues was supposed to be fixed in .4 ?

Until its fixed ill keep iMessage disabled then, its useless and very annoying
it does the same in Mavericks too i just checked :/
