iMessage "not delivered" even after activation

I can't seem to get my iMessage to work. It was activated successfully, by turning the iMessage on and off.

But when I send messages to other iOS 5 users and even the email associated to my iPad DOES NOT WORK. It keeps stating "NOT DELIVERED" . Who else is experiencing this?

Same thing is happening with me. Not really sure why, but I would love to know. The real kicker is that it was working fine for me during the iOS 5 betas.
