Hey everyone,

when I open my computer, iMessage always pops up upon startup, it's not even in my startup apps, wtf is that?

When you go to shut down or log out and the alert pops up, have you got the "Reopen windows when logging back in" checkbox unchecked?

If you have the checkbox checked and you don't explicitly quit Messages (i.e. do a log out or shut down while having the app open beforehand), the app should reopen the next time you log in.

Nope, never have it checked
