iMessage pictures blurry from AT&T iphones

I have been noticing that every time I get a picture on iMessage from an AT&T user, the picture is extremely blurry. As if it was a thumbnail and got blown up to fit the screen size. Only happens with messages from AT&T users. I am on verizon and I don't have the issue when I'm sending or receiving from non-ATT phones. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes! I made a thread about this and very little responses every person I know in my area if they are on 5GE and send a photo it will look fine on their end but poor on the recipients end

It has to be a bug on ATT's part because the compression is way over the top. I wonder if they are aware of it.
