iMessage Problem

the problem im having is whenever i go to turn my iMessage on, i click out of the settings and go to my messages and it for some reason turns itself back off. it does this every time i try to turn it on. and as of a couple hours ago when i try and turn it on, the additional options dont even pop up anymore. any help?!

First, double check that you have set up iCloud fully.

If you don't discover a problem there, restore iOS. That's what I had to do.
