imessage problem

My wife receives messages on her iPhone and iPad but not her Mac. I get my message on all three. So, I looked for differences in our setups. The one I notice is in the preferences for imessage on our Macs. Where I have I can be reached at my phone number and email address (Apple ID) she only has the email. Also, I have check marks next to my email and phone that I can turn them off while the area next to her email with check box is greyed out so changes cannot be made.

Double check to make sure he is signed into the same iCloud acct IN messages on all devices. She probably isn't signed into it on her phone. iMessage can be active but not signed into an iCloud account on iOS so this seems most likely from what I read. If she is signed in to the same account in Messages on the iPhone & Mac and still not syncing properly, sign out of messages on all devices and sign back in.

Also, you might want to redact her email from the bottom on the 2nd pic.
