Does anyone else have this? I have since 9.2.1. Really annoying. I have newest beta 6 and it´s still not work. Try it and send big report to apple.

iMessage read receipt bug is on. Send someone iMessage and when she or he reads it, it marked as read. Then kill imessage app sliding it up and open messages again and that read status is changed to delivered. Happens everytime.

Does this apply only to very recent messages or something like that? I have a conversation from a day ago with the last message listed as read, if I "kill" (basically swipe up) the Messages app and then later launch it again that conversation still has the same last message listed as read yesterday. Basically nothing related to the read status changes.

Yes you can try it. Send someone imessage, but when he reads it and dont answer that message status is read. Then kill that imessage app and open it again and status has changed to delivered.

As I mentioned, I don't see that behavior using a conversation from a day ago as an example (as described in my previous reply).

Edit: Tried it with a more recent reply from a few hours ago, and I was able to reproduce the issue. Seems like maybe it only applies to messages from the same day perhaps?

iMessage new features are not working on my iPhone and iPad .

Which ones? And define, "not working". Not present? Greyed out? If it's the full screen animations (fireworks, balloons etc.) disable reduce motion and they'll work.
