I remember reading that there would be read receipts allowed to be configured by contact or for specific people etc in iOS 9

Anyone know where this setting can be found at in the new iOS? Maybe I haven't paid enough attention to see that it was possible eliminated?

Thanks

I was going to say that I don't recall that...but somehow it feels familiar.

This wasn't ever a feature Apple talked about. It was a rumor that another blog site mentioned. So it was never axed because it was never coming.

This was a feature that was displayed in the "more features" slide that was displayed at WWDC 2015. It's a feature I requested [along with many others] years ago. Does anyone with iOS 9.1 know if this has been enabled? Or perhaps Apple is waiting until Mac OS X 10.11 comes out to do a feature match?
