iMessage: Stickers/Sounds Autoplay?

Will all the new stickers, animations and sounds Autoplay when you go into each conversation in iMessage? For example, if my iPhone is on vibrate only mode, and someone sends me an iMessage with fireworks, will the sound effects go off?
