iMessage / Texts coming in and disappearing notifications.

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but both me and my wife are experiencing an issue where messages coming in and you’ll see the notification (if you’re looking at phone) and it’ll then disappear on it’s own. If you aren’t looking at your phone you won’t see the notifications until you open your phone and see the badge count on your messages app that there are new messages. I have someone at work that is also experiencing this. We are all on 11.0.3 so the iPhones are up to date. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I hope it’s a known bug that is being fixed.
 
I've had it happen to me a few times. I usually get the notification on my Apple Watch, but I've noticed this while using the phone. In my case, the banner didn't come down, but then I saw the badge on the Messages icon. It's an annoying bug for sure.

I've noticed a lot of bugs this week, and it's more annoying because I just got a new phone and I keep thinking it's my iPhone 8 but it's probably iOS.
 
There’s also a lot of bugs on the Apple Watch so I wonder if this has anything to do with it.
 
This is the hot mess I’m getting today. Text messages completely out of order. Closing the app and restarting the device doesn’t fix it. iOS 11 really has been a mess for me so far.
