iMessages and SMS in wrong order...

So i upgraded to iOS 5 last night and have been platying with iMessage, while i love the feature i can see many pitfalls....

....The first seems to be that messages initially sent via iMessage change to sent as Text Message from time to time (anybody know why this is? Could it be that the receiver doesnt have wifi or 3G signal???).

Also noticing that in these occasions the order in which i send the iMessages and SMSsesseseses are incorrect. IE i sent a message as an iMessage, then went out of range of 3G or wifi and sent another text message, to the same person. Two minutes later these 2 messages had swapped around???

Anyone else experiencing bugs like this or similar?

Look in the settings for messages. It will failover to SMS if they cannot be reached for some reason by iMessage.

Swapped around? The order they were sent is different? And, it's different on your end, or theirs?

i dont have ios 5 yet. Is there way to set google voice as default text message should imessage fail??

Well i cant check at my wife's end as we are both at work, but at my end they are swapped around, the message isnet first is now second in my list of messages sent and vice versa... I am thinking it may be due to it having to revert to SMS rather than iMessage..........
