I just set up my MacBook Pro and turned on iMessages in iCloud but the loading indicator has been stuck in "iMessages Downloading from iCloud" for the past two days. Any tips on how to make it work?

I’m getting this too on my cMP only, but also iCloud photos isn’t working and iCloud documents either, so I’m keen to hear a resolution also
Stuck for two days? I know I had 3.3GB of iMessages to sync so that took some time, even on my FIOS connection. I just left my device up and running for a few hours and finally it chewed through them all. If it took me a few hours for 3.3GB, I'm sure others with more could take significantly longer. Sorry not very helpful, but figured I'd chime in. I'd probably turn off iCloud and on real quick.
