iMessages not going away after read.

I receive my notifications on both my iPhone and MBP. But after I read them on the phone, they still appear in my notifications on Mountain Lion. This didn't happen in 10.8.1, so I'm wondering if it's a bug or maybe I need to adjust some setting somewhere...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

As in there is still a red badge on iMessage app or they still appear in Notification Center after being read.

This happens for me in Notification Center and I'm not really sure why.

The second one. They still appear in notification center even after I read them on my phone...

Now it seems that FB messages are the only thing not disappearing from notification center after read...

Anyone have a fix?
