i just imported some clips i took using a camcorder, and im trying to burn them to DVD's, so i can play them in DVD Players(obviously, lol)....after the movie is imported im kinda stuck, not exactly sure what's next or what to do....can anybody help me thru with this.thanks..

12" iBook
512MB
60 BG(7 GB LEFT)

once you have your clips in imovie - click share and burn to iDVD , iDVD will open , from there you can create menus and add names - and finally burn to a dvd

Do as liketom said, however, if you have a 12" iBook then chances are that you don't have a DVD burner. If you have access to a DVD burner then you should be able to export your project from iDVD as a burn-able image which can then be copied to a computer with a DVD burner and burnt form there. Of course, if you have an external DVD burner attached to the iBook, ignore me. :)

You may also need to install iDVD from the OSX or iLife discs because by default, it will not install on a system that has no DVD burner.
