imovie exporting for the web

Hello.
I am new to imovie and iweb. I am trying to export my movies in imovie to be hosted on iweb. I know my movies now are too large, I have to get my movies to 10MB but am unsure of the settings needed to get this size.
Any advise on exporting a movie (1-5 minutes) to 10MB in either imovie, compressor, out of FCP, or whatever. It would help A LOT, thanks!

If you're in iMovie you should be able to open Share from the menubar and select iWeb. You have a few options to choose from, and it should produce a web-optimized Quicktime movie.
