iMovie h.264 weirdness

so, I saved something in H.264 in iMovie. (it's a movie about ducks attacking my nephew and I. Called "duck, duck, goose, Suckaaa!")

so, I made a little preview because I had nothing better to do. I save it in H.264, and I open it in quicktime.

So, I'm watching it, and there's a bright green stripe down the side.
I open it in VLC, same thing.

Uhh.. What's this from? How do I get rid of it? It's really buggin' me.

Yes I did, and it's still there.


Eh, I'll just head over to the Genius bar today. I haven't been there in like... a WEEK! (tough, I know)

So, I went to the genius bar today, and he didn't help.

He said that he had heard of it before and had me write my email addy on a post it so he could email me the solution later (but I totally don't see that happening).

Anyone have any ideas?
