iMovie is un-usable. :(

iMovie keeps crashing repeatedly on my brand-new Mac mini with flash storage. It crashes every time I open it.

Is the app up to date via app store and what OS are you running. Yosemite I assume? Have you verified and repaired disk permissions with Disk Utility?

Weird. Some how it's working now.

I would like to know how to access the recovery partition to do disk and permissions repair.
