iMovie on PC? iLife?

Hello, I am new to this forum.

My family's mac often as it is used for my Parents work. Soooo I rarely have access to IMOVIE!!!!

I have a Flip camcorder, and have begun to make Youtube videos.
Obviously, Windows movie maker has poor editing.

I have never heard of such a thing, but is it possible to get
iMovie on... my PC?

Please, if this is a dumb question... do think me of an infidel PC... I have used Macs throughout my life.

iMovie which is part of iLife is made by Apple and only runs on Apple's operating system; Mac OS X.

You could try using something a little more advanced such as Sony Vegas.
