Is there a way to speed up the rate of the rewind with the left arrow key while editing videos in iMovie? I can press and hold the left arrow key to rewind but it just takes forever. Thanks in advance.

Good thought, but this is a highlight clip of 40+ minutes. A click nearby the cursor in an attempt to rewind 5 seconds will put me +/- 3 minutes. I’d love the option of a button to go back 2-3 seconds quickly.
Shift Arrow Left/Right seems to do what you want, although it’s not mentioned by Apple in “Keyboard shortcuts in iMovie on Mac” https://support.apple.com/guide/imovie/keyboard-shortcuts-movd9d8f91e8/mac
