iMovie title question

I am using iMovie to make a slide show of my Honeymoon (not all the pictures are being used ) . I selected the last slide and formatted a title (our last name) but the update button won't activate so I can't get the title to 'load' into the slide. Any thoughts??

Make sure the slide is highlighted in the timeline
