Just imported all my photos and finder is showing duplicates of everyone the only difference between the duplicated photots is one photo has .jpg at the end the .JPG at the end of it. Im getting really frustrated with this forum some one please help me

That's interesting, because my computer (MP, 10.4) won't let me put two files with the same name in the same folder.

Try searching either .JPEG and see if only one set of photos pops up; if so, delete those and you'll be back to one set.
