I finally got my parents to switch due to the untimley death of their PC. I currently have their old hard drive in a USB enclosure hooked up to their brand new Mac mini I picked up today from the Apple Store (they got the 1.5GHz and 64mb vram mini even though the box said 1.42GHZ and 32mb :D) and am copying files over. I need to import their address book from Outlook Express. I found it on the hard drive, it's a .wab file, but I can't figure out how to import it into OSX's address book. Anyone know how to do this? Also, can the email from Outlook Express be imported? Thanks.

And I just wanted to mention that I found a lot of instructions that state to do something on the Windows box in outlook express to get files that can be imported. We don't have a Windows box here anymore, just the hard drive with the dbx files and the wab files

From looking around on the web, the easiest way is to get a hold of Entourage (part of Microsoft Office for OS X), import them into Entourage, then export them out and then you'll be able to import both the email messages and address book.
