Ok - So I have a Genius Bar appointment later today to hopefully swap out my iMac for a new one. The glass panel being off center with the iSight camera was making me insane and the dust behind the screen was as well. I've had the iMac less than a month but more than the 14 day window, so I'm hoping a kind Genius will help me out.
That said, if you've received a replacement iMac from an Apple Store, do they just grab a brand new boxed iMac from the back and issue the return in exchange for all of your original iMac contents? I hope so. Please don't tell me they open a new box and swap just the computer or something and you go home with the same keyboard and mouse (that would be bad for my OCD
)
