Importing Live Photos into photos app

Hi,

I Have a real problem, I was moving a load of pictures around as I had numerous libraries and they are now being consolidated into photos app for iCloud Photo Library (>200gb, 20,000 images).

I 'Exported the original' then imported them into a single library, but I can't figure out how to get the Live Photos back into the photos app.

As I chose to export originals, I ended up with separate jpeg and mov files for each live photo. I cannot go back and undo, so I NEED to find a way to import these into the photos app and for it to see them as Live Photos and not separately a still photo and a movie.

Any help?

Fyi I imported these successfully just by having the original jpg and mov files, obviously they still had the same file name so photos managed to match them up correctly.
