Importing Photos and Videos from OneDrive to iCloud without a Mac

Hey Guys,

I am desperately trying to import all my photos and videos to iCloud Photos.

With the web portal I cant upload videos.

I can copy all my different folders to the "icloud for windows"-Folder but then there are no albums.

Is there any chance to move my photos to iCloud and keep them organised?

You shouldn’t have problems uploading videos via Pictures>iCloud Photos under Windows... at least not for .mp4/.m4v.

Yeah the videos will be uploaded then. But they are not assigned to any album.
